General Contracting

Big projects are no problem for HQCC. We have a few select contractor partners that we work with to make sure that your project is completed with care and attention to detail.

As your general contractor, we handle all of the permits, insurance, and all the other details of your project.

General Contracting covers: extensive remodels, porches, additions, and exterior projects including roofing, siding, gutters, and windows.

Consulting

Walking through your newly built home for the first time can be exciting! But if you are too excited, you may wind up checking the "looks great!" box on the final sign-off, but find things as you move in that you wished had been spotted prior. We will walk through and check out your house from top to bottom, and let you know if that wall really is leaning a bit or if it's "just the angle."

We do the same quality walk-throughs after our own crews have finished up a remodel or building a deck. If everything isn't right, we'll get the crew back in to make it right.

Remodel Contracting

Remodel Contracting covers medium-sized projects, like kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishes, and other similar sized projects. Remodel contracting is similar to general in that we still handle all of the isnurance, permits and other stuff, but it is focused to the interior of the house.

Remodeling can include simply changing the surface of a room (how it looks) or it can go much deeper and change how rooms are laid out. For example, maybe you have a small kitchen and an oversized dining room, we can help you get some space back in the kitchen. We can also turn your basic shower into a luxurious tile masterpiece.
